The management of ORIBAY GROUP is dedicated to promoting safe, efficient, sustainable, ethically and socially responsible development in all its operations, which are focused on the design and production of mirror buttons, light and rain sensor holders, sintering parts, structural bonding adhesives, electronic products and the adhesive application for the automotive market.
The policy of ORIBAY GROUP is to fulfil the expectations and needs of our clients, and all parties concerned, along with respecting human rights concerning this commitment and the reference framework for fixing objectives. In order to achieve this, we have created an Integrated Management System (S.G.I) based on the ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45.001 norms, a chain which every worker is involved, and which, through an internal management process, are directed towards the continuous improvement of quality, the environment, health and safety in the workplace and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Knowing the needs and requirements of our clients and fulfilling them is fundamental for us, and in order to achieve this our technical and administrative personnel are aware of the objectives of the business and qualified to assure quality of both the product and the service, taking into account environmental effects and guaranteeing the health and safety of all concerned.
The staff is the most important part of the business and ORIBAY GROUP is committed to improve the qualifications and experience of the personnel, promote the inquiry and the involvement of workers and their representatives and provide safety and healthy work conditions.
Our objective is to reduce errors by eliminating the roots of the problem in order to increase productivity and profitability, and the development of preventive action before corrective action.
We seek continuous improvement in the performance of the internal processes in order improve client satisfaction, have the lowest possible impact on the environment and a safer working Environment.

It also focuses on the continuous improvement of the efficiency of the integrated management system, minimizing risks, protecting the environment throughout the complete life-cycle of the products produced and promoting the defense of human rights.
In order to achieve this, the management of ORIBAY GROUP has promised to fulfil and accomplish all the concepts defined in our SGI and avail of the means and resources necessary to this end.
