Plastic injection Molding

We provide high-quality plastic components using advanced injection molding technology and a full-service approach. Powder Metallurgy

We specialize in producing high-precision sintered parts for the automotive industry, with potential applications in other sectors. Our capabilities include advanced press equipment (up to 160 tons), sintering furnaces, vibratory finishing and surface grinding. We process carbon steel and stainless steel powders, with the option of applying protective coatings to enhance durability and performance.

Metal casting and stamping

At our 6,000 sqm production plant in Pamplona, Spain, we operate top-of-the-line equipment for high-pressure die casting of aluminum and zinc alloys, as well as sheet metal stamping. Our expertise allows us to manufacture both metal and plastic parts, supported by complementary processes such as vibratory finishing, surface grinding and sandblasting. This combination of technologies enables us to deliver custom parts and assemblies with durability, precision and scalability for the automotive industry and beyond.

Adhesive Solutions

We develop and produce advanced bonding technologies, including Ori-Tape™ structural bonding tape and the Ori-Polar™ range of adhesion promoters. At our facilities in San Sebastián we manufacture adhesives and adhesion promoters, and we also count on robotic application systems to guarantee precision and consistency. These capabilities allow us to offer reliable, sustainable bonding solutions for automotive and many other industries.
